Styrene and acrylonitrile are polymerized with polybutadiene to produce ABS. ABS is easy to process, robust, dimensionally stable, and has a shiny surface. To increase impact resistance, toughness, and heat resistance, a variety of modifications can be done. Extrusion and injection moulding both employ it.

According to customer specifications, TION POLYBLENDS produces bespoke coloured grades as well as grades with glass fibre reinforcement, flame retardant properties, high heat stability, and UV stability in the Prime series. Black ABS from the industrial line is also available.
